As we reported earlier, the Canadiens have put forward forward Joel Armia and defenseman Gustav Lindstrom. Some would say it's about time in Armia's case, as the Finn has been very inconsistent since signing his contract. There was one big surprise yesterday, however, and it came from a move that didn't happen. Rumors had been swirling that Cayden Primeau would also be subject to the waivers. This means that the young goaltender has won his bet and that there will indeed be three goaltenders to start the season. It's a complete turnaround for him, as he won't be playing for the Rocket and he won't be changing organizations either.
