Chris Pronger was not a happy camper recently, as he had horrific service when it came to using Uber, and he blasted them online and is facing backlash.

On Sunday, former NHL star Chris Pronger was annoyed by the Uber Black SUV service. He went on to X and lashed out at the company for providing him with a crossover vehicle when he had booked an SUV.

Forbes values Uber at $128.72 billion and has so far remained mum over the complaint lodged by Chris Pronger.

Fans took to X to criticize Pronger for his comments towards Uber, as many felt he was acting entitled.

Pronger was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2015 and is considered one of the NHL's greatest-ever defensemen.

He was selected second overall in 1993 before going on to have a glittering career with clubs such as the St. Louis Blues, Anaheim Ducks, Edmonton Oilers, and Philadelphia Flyers.

Amongst his wins is a Stanley Cup, which he won in 2007, two Olympic gold medals from participating with Team Canada, and also a member of the triple gold club.

Pronger, after retirement in 2012, took on advisory roles within the NHL and started a business selling luxury travel out of Chesterfield, Missouri.

Pronger, in October, made headlines for defending the controversial hit by Jacob Trouba on Montreal Canadiens player Justin Barron.

Barron left the game with an upper-body injury, but referees called no penalty, and the NHL's Department of Player Safety deemed the hit clean.

Pronger told 'The Athletic' that the incident was clean because of a lack of situational awareness among players of today.

"From minor hockey all the way up, that's just how they're taught to play the game," Pronger said. "The mindset, the mentality, the lack of awareness that these kids have nowadays, is mind-boggling. They have no sense that they're going to get hit...They have no awareness of who's around (them). They don't even know who's on the ice... They can skate 100 miles an hour, and they can stickhandle, and they can do all this stuff ... but the hockey sense and the awareness has really gotten lost in the equation," he added.

It will be interesting to keep an eye out to see how this situation plays out between Pronger and Uber over the next couple of days.
