Paul Bissonnette was recently called out by Brad Marchand, which has now led the NHL on TNT crew and the DoBS to suspend him for one year from the show. There's a reason the initial clip went viral well outside of the NHL realm: It involved Paul Bissonnette, who's more noticeable than most everybody else in the league, thanks to his work on 'NHL on TNT'. Only days after the story came out, Bruins captain Brad Marchand wasted little time, taking a light jab at Bissonnette during a pre-game interview. That surely set the table, and things would get even funnier.

On Thursday, though, the 'NHL on TNT' crew fired back in style, running a hilarious skit where Marchand was playfully suspended from eligibility for the title of Mr. NHL on TNT in 2024-25.

Of course, though, the absolute best came courtesy of Bissonnette's simply excellent impression of George Parros, hilariously chock-full of pointed humor directed towards a man who has long been maligned by players and fans alike. But it would've never ended there, Marchand returned fire and accused Bissonnette of riding the coattails of his 'Spittin' Chiclets' podcast co-hosts just moments after Bissonnette said with a bit of cheek that Marchand wasn't doing much to help the Bruins succeed.

Even the social media department of the Boston Bruins got in on the action, adding to what's become one of hockey's most entertaining rivalries. While traditional hockey coverage carries its insight, there is just something about the humor and personality of 'NHL on TNT'. The playful exchange between Bissonnette and Marchand is representative of what no show could pull off, in relation to the audience and proof of their antics being pure gold regarding the sport.
