Insane brawl breaks out between Buffalo Sabres and Washington Capitals

Tonight an insane brawl has broken out between the Buffalo Sabres and Washington Capitals. The two teams went into a full on fight after things got heated between Tage Thompson and TJ Oshie.

In the final moments of the Sabres and Capitals game tempers boiled over between the two sides.

The Sabres who recently were eliminated from playoff contention and the Capitals still fighting for a spot had built up animosity throughout the night. Eventually, Tage Thompson and TJ Oshie decided to set off the ticking time bomb between the two sides.





The Sabres would win the game and play spoiler a bit on the Washington Capitals. In the brawl, every single player on the ice would find a partner to go at.


The referees would eventually break things up and the teams would go on their way. The Washington Capitals, now fall out of a playoff spot and are behind their rivals the Pittsburgh Penguins.
