The Edmonton Oilers are back in the Stanley Cup Final after a 18 year hiatus from the stage , and understandably, fans are pumped. But there's a fine line between celebrating and crossing boundaries, as some fans recently demonstrated. Late last night, a video surfaced on social media showing a group of Oilers fans approaching captain Connor McDavid as he loaded his car with cases of beer. Apparently, McDavid was just trying to unwind with his fiancée, Lauren Kyle, and teammates at a team party when this happened.

It's cringe-worthy. Hey, give me a hug, man! Seriously!? Kudos to McDavid for handling it with grace, even though it's clear he just wants to be left alone after the Game 6 victory against the Dallas Stars. Let the man have some downtime without being bombarded as he and the Oilers prepare for the Stanley Cup Fonal starting on Saturday against the Florida Panthers. Not all Oilers fans are like this, but those supporters are painting the entire fanbase in a bad light.
