Today a new clip is circulating the internet discussing the Florida Panthers and Paul Maurice's new plan for his team to handle when referees miss calls.

Referees missing calls in sports is one of the most frustrating experiences a player can face. This often leads to outbursts by players, coaches, and of course fans. To avoid having his team face any penalties for bad interactions with the referees Panthers' head coach has placed new signs on the bench for the players to see.

As a reminder to the Panthers players not to complain to the refs, photos of all the officials with the letters 'STFU' are on Florida's bench

This is a fun but serious reminder by the Florida Panthers bench boss for his players to focus on what they can control. Referees are going to make calls that both sides disagree with and how each team responds is the key.

The plan put in place by Paul Maurice and his staff did not prove to matter in the end. The New York Rangers would pull out a win on an overtime goal from Barclay Goodrow.

BARCLAY. GOODROW.
END. GAME.

The series is now tied heading into Game 3. The Florida Panthers will now get home-ice advantage for the next pair of games. All eyes will be on their bench again for Game 3 to see if they continue to use the signs.
