In his post-game press conference, Florida Panthers' Matthew Tkachuk talked about the 8-1 loss against the Edmonton Oilers in game 4 last night. The Oilers finally gave their fans a Stanley Cup Final performance last night. They were all over the Panthers after losing three straight games against Aleksander Barkov, Sergei Bobrovsky, and Matthew Tkachuk.

Tkachuk, after the game, talked with the media and shared his thoughts on the Panthers' rough night and how they plan on bouncing back for game 5 in Florida: We're in an unbelievable spot right now, said Tkachuk in spite of the loss. We came here and after all that craziness got a split. Now we're going home [to play] in front of our unbelievable fans. They're so excited to see us and we're so excited to play in front of them again. Bobrovsky had his worst performance of the playoffs, but Tkachuk didn't put the blame on him, saying none of the eight goals allowed were the goalie's fault: We gave up eight goals and zero of them were the goalie's fault, taking the blame for his goaltender. Finally, even if they lost their first game since May 26th against the New York Rangers, the team knows how to bounce back and hopes to win the Stanley Cup in front of their fans on Tuesday: We haven't lost a game in a while until tonight, admitted Tkachuk. At the end of the day, back to the drawing board. We win, we learn from it and we put it aside, we lose, same thing. Watch the video below to listen to his full post-game comments:
<iiffrraammee class='youtube_video' width='100%' frameborder='0' src=https://www.youtube.com/embed/ldMCILCnjUs?si=ayZ2-YJvPWQQ2rJl title=YouTube video player frameborder=0 allow=accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share referrerpolicy=strict-origin-when-cross-origin allowfullscreen></iiffrraammee>
After the Florida Panthers' 8-1 loss in Edmonton, do you think Matthew Tkachuk and his team will win the Stanley Cup in game 5 against the Oilers?
