Ryan Reaves mocks Matthew Tkachuk in Leafs Vs. Panthers

The Toronto Maple Leafs' enforcer Ryan Reaves mocked Matthew Tkachuk last night in a game against the Florida Panthers.

The rivalry between both teams has been really going strong, especially between Matthew Tkachuk and many Leafs players, since both they met in last year's second round of the playoffs.

Tkachuk got caught up in a scrum with Ryan Reaves, and after the referees pulled them apart, Reaves couldn't resist making fun of Tkachuk as he skated towards the penalty box.

The Maple Leafs won 6-4 against their division rivals, in what looked like a real playoff game between two teams that could end up meeting in the first round in a few weeks.

As we can expect from a team like the Panthers, they never gave up, even with a 5-1 deficit going into the third period. They tried to make a comeback, and almost completed it, but came up two goals short.

After the game, Ryan Reaves talked about the game and what the victory meant for the group at this point of the season.



With eight games to go, the Leafs are now four points away from the second rank in the Atlantic Division, currently held by the Panthers.
