Toronto Maple Leafs insane playoff ticket prices have been revealed

This afternoon prices for the Toronto Maple Leafs home playoff games have been going viral on social media. The cause for the blow-up is due to the insane spike in prices for playoff tickets.

With the NHL playoffs fast approaching the Toronto Maple Leafs fan base are preparing for their first-round playoff home games. While many fans dream of going to a playoff game of their favorite team this season will be especially difficult in Toronto.

According to a new screenshot prices on the secondary market for playoff tickets to Scotiabank Arena to see Auston Matthews play are over 1,000 dollars stretching to over 2,000 dollars.




If this is out of your price range as it is for most fans the cheapest seats up in the nosebleeds can be bought for significantly less. However, while it is less the tickets still run around 400 dollars for the last rows of the stadium.


With these ticket prices, a family could likely travel to an away city to watch the Maple Leafs play and spend relatively the same amount of money as they would going to a home game. These ticket prices to see Auston Matthews and company are insane and likely will continue to go up if the Maple Leafs advance further in the playoffs.
