For last night's game against the Winnipeg Jets, Martin St-Louis decided to reunite Joel Edmundson and Arber Xhekaj and the result was very successful.
They were simply dominant, with Edmundson blocking shots as always and Arber Xhekaj doing what he does best: hurting the other team.
In fact, there was one statistic in yesterday's game that went unmentioned, as the 21 year old colossus collected no less than 10 checks during the matchup.
That's incredible!

On BPM Sports, Bob Hartley used an epic phrase to describe the new defence duo of Edmundson and Xhekaj.
"There's going to be bags of ice and there's going to be pieces of skin that are going to get torn off" - Bob Hartley
Clearly, it's going to hurt to play against in the CH zone, when those two are on the ice!
