The Boston Bruins announced they have reached an agreement with the Arizona Coyotes' controversial former fourth-round pick in 2020, defenseman Mitchell Miller.

If you don't remember this young defenseman, he was the one who savagely bullied a disabled person and that story actually made the news in 2020.

"Background: Miller and another teenager were convicted in juvenile court of bullying and abuse against Isaiah Meyer-Crothers, a black classmate with a disability. Miller repeatedly used racial slurs and forced Meyer-Crothers to lick a lollipop he had smeared inside a urinal." - Frank Seravalli

Because of the immense controversy associated with this selection, the Coyotes had decided to waive the young prospect's right.

Needless to say, this Bruins signing is very far from being a hit on social media.

The 20-year-old defenseman will report to the Providence Bruins of the AHL.
