Milan Lucic's arraignment hearing was today. He appeared in court following his arrest on suspicion of assaulting and battering a family member.

Lucic Granted Bail After Entering a Not Guilty Plea to Charges

Milan Lucic attended his arraignment hearing today and entered a plea of not guilty to charges of battery and assault involving a family member.

The arrest occurred over the weekend when his wife dialed 911 and informed officers that Lucic had allegedly attempted to strangle her and pull her hair.

"Milan Lucic pleads not guilty to an assault and battery charge in Boston Municipal Court, after being arrested for allegedly pulling his wife by her hair and trying to choke her during an argument, according to court records."

"Boston Bruins forward Milan Lucic was released on personal recognizance bail Tuesday after pleading not guilty to assaulting his wife."

Lucic has been granted personal recognizance bail and will proceed with the criminal proceedings. He remains under indefinite suspension by the Bruins, with his next hearing scheduled for January.
