For the whole Flames organization last season was a very rough and the superstar players failed to perform like superstars. <h2>Huberdeau Reveals His Struggles With Last Season</h2> Jonathan Huberdeau went from a 115 point season all the way down to just a 55 point season. Not what Flames fans were hoping for when the team signed him to an 8-year $84 million deal. The Flames were thought to have won that trade by a landslide however Tkachuk lead the Panthers all the way to the Stanley Cup finals and the Flames had one of the most disappointing seasons. <h2>Flames Upcoming Season</h2> After a really disappointing season changes were expected to come from the franchise. The changed their Head Coach and General Manager to help bring a new light to the city of Calgary. Roster changes have happened as well, the Flames will be relying on players from within in their system to step up and be contributing factors to the teams success. Players like Matthew Coronato has been hyped up to be an elite goal scorer and has been showing that in this past pre-season.
