As we mentioned yesterday, Jonathan Drouin has signed a one-year deal with the Colorado Avalanche. This is an excellent opportunity for him to relaunch his career, which has been difficult in Montreal. Alongside Nathan MacKinnon, there's no telling what can happen. It's safe to say that Jo needed a change of scenery, so he agreed to play for next to nothing, $825,000 for one year. We really do wish Jonathan all the best, and hope with all our hearts that his production explodes. He's still got some great hockey in him, and all we want is for him to be happy and fulfilled.
