A lot of ink has been spilled lately about Carey Price. Most people think that retirement is inevitable and that he will never be seen in an NHL game again. However, he still seems to have hope of making a comeback. The question is: could Kent Hughes be tempted to trade Carey's contract, as he did with Weber's? The Habs GM had a pretty clear answer to the question: « Kent Hughes (on RDS): We haven't explored the possibility of trading Price's contract yet. If there is a way for him to play again someday, we'd like it to be in Montreal. - CH general manager's comments, reported by Karine Hains

In Weber's case, the situation would probably have been different if there was any hope of a return to action. In Price's case, the hope is still alive and if he were to return to the game one day, it would likely be in a blue-white-red uniform.
