Things haven't been going well for the Habs for the past few games. The club suffered a third straight loss yesterday at the hands of the Florida Panthers. In the last few games, the CH has not had any lucky goals or miraculous goaltending to save the team. It looks like we are seeing a little more of the true face of this team that has huge and obvious weaknesses. In preparation for tomorrow's final game of the 2022 season against the Washington Capitals, the head coach revealed his potential lineup and it's causing quite a stir, to say the least. Basically, the coach didn't change anything in his lineup, while Evgenii Dadonov was still a regular player, and everything indicates that Anthony Richard will skip his turn again tomorrow. He was on a rotation with Joel Armia on the fourth unit. The only change is that Johnathan Kovacevic will be promoted to the first defensive pairing with Joel Edmundson to compensate for the loss of Kaiden Guhle.

Unless there is a last minute surprise involving David Savard, it should be Chris Wideman who returns to the lineup on a third pair with Arber Xhekaj.
