His book has been the talk of the town, for both good and not-so-good reasons. But that hasn't fazed him, and a second volume is due out soon. In this interview, Gervais talks about Jeff Petry, who was quite a demanding client. <q>One of the worst I ever had was Jeff Petry. And he's a mean good guy.
