There have been some crazy fights in the history of hockey, and while it's tamed down in recent times, there was absolutely nothing tame about this latest incident.

Player uses UFC move on opposing goaltender

During a recent Pacific Junior Hockey League (PJHL) matchup in British Colombia, two players came together and what ensued was utter madness.

According to reports on social media, Eithan Grishin of the Richmond Sockeyes puts Evan Paul of the North Vancouver Wolf Pack in a guillotine and chokes him out, all in front of the officials.

"@ThePJHL @RSockeyes player Eithan Grishin chokes a goalie unconscious, holding a guillotine choke longer than you'll ever see in a sanctioned UFC fight 😳 no statement from the league or team, only from @NVanWolfPack stating the goalie is recovering at home."

It has now been revealed that Grishin will be suspended indefinitely until the leagues brass come together and officially make a decision, and that appears to be the right choice. The goaltender is reportedly recovering at home and will be fine, but this is one of the most ridiculous things ever seen on the ice, and it certainly shouldn't happen again.
