Sergei Fedorov has had quite a career in the NHL, as evidenced by his 1179 points, good for second all-time among Russians in the NHL, behind Alex Ovechkin. Now a head coach in the KHL with CSKA Moscow, Fedorov did very well in his first year by winning the title of best coach of the season, in addition to winning the Gagarin Cup. The former Red Wings star doesn't owe his success to nothing, as he makes some very bold decisions. In the following video, we can see him pull his goalie in overtime, which paid off for his team.
