The New York Rangers look primed and ready for a deep Stanley Cup run in 2023-24, and while we're still waiting on a blockbuster move from them, they've now made a solid deal.
Alex Wennberg heads to the Big Apple
According to Emily Kaplan, the New York Rangers have a deal in place to acquire the 29-year old forward who has been with the Seattle Kraken since their expansion into the NHL.
Hearing the New York Rangers are closing in on a trade for Kraken center Alex Wennberg.
The forward has 9 goals and 25 points in 60 games thus far in 2023-24, and now he joins one of the most star studded teams in the NHL as they look to finally capitalize on all of their potential.
