During Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final between the Edmonton Oilers and Florida Panthers at Rogers Place, former NHL player turned analyst Paul Bissonnette brought a mix of passion and antics that stole the spotlight. It all started when the jumbotron zeroed in on Bissonnette and his colleague and former Oiler Ryan Whitney in the second period.

Without missing a beat, Bissonnette ripped off his jersey and started twirling it above his head, sending the crowd into a frenzy. But he didn't stop there. In a bizarre and unexpected move, he jokingly choked out two fans sitting in front of him, accidentally grabbing and breaking an Oilers fan's glasses in the process.

Fans had mixed reactions. One joked on Twitter that Bissonnette should pay for the broken glasses.

Another said it's a Canadian thing. I'm not Canadian but I feel like that's a thing only Canadians understand.' Cuz no way random guy is letting you yoke him up, even in celebration, like that in most US cities that I know.

On the ice, the Oilers dominated. Mattias Janmark, Adam Henrique, Dylan Holloway, Connor McDavid, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins (who scored twice), Darnell Nurse, and Ryan McLeod all found the net for Edmonton in the 8-1 Game 4 drubbing. EDM did a great job pushing the pace out of the defensive zone and stretching the ice last night. Created a little separation and disconnect between the layers of FLA coverages and they were able to exploit that for four goals.

Vladimir Tarasenko scored the lone goal for the Panthers. Goaltender Stuart Skinner was solid, making 32 saves. On the other side, Sergei Bobrovsky had a tough night, conceding five goals on 16 shots with a -3.04 goals saved above expected, before being replaced by Anthony Stolarz, who made 17 saves. As the series heads back to Florida for Game 5, the Oilers will aim to build on their impressive performance and keep their Stanley Cup hopes alive.
