Fans get into huge fight during game 1 of the Leafs-Bruins series

The physicality of the Bruins versus the Maple Leafs wasn't contained to just the ice last night, as several fans got into a massive brawl in the stands during the game.

Fan fights don't happen often, but when they do, they are a sight to see. During the Leafs versus Bruins game, a massive brawl broke out in the upper bowl at TD Garden. While it is hard to tell, it doesn't look like the participants were of opposing fandoms, as it appears that those in the brawl were all Bruins fans.

The fight clearly starts between two people before spreading across the section as more fans jump in to either participate or try and separate the combatants. While this was going on, there was plenty of scrums happening on the ice as well, as the Leafs and Bruins got reacquainted and their rivalry reignited.




It's surprising to see the Bruins fans go after each other as they should have been all smiles when the Bruins took down the Leafs handily with a 5-1 win. We will see if Bruins fans can clean up their act as they host the Leafs again for game two of the series on Monday night.
