Laviolette opens up on wild exchange with Devils' coach during brawl

The New York Rangers head coach, Peter Laviolette, opened up on his fiery exchange with the New Jersey Devils head coach Travis Green in the wild brawl last night.

If you missed it, last night, in the Rangers' game against the Devils, a wild brawl emerged two seconds after the first face-off.

With the rivalry between both teams reaching new levels this season, thanks to Matt Rempe, we knew that this final clash of the year between them was going to be intense, and it was.

All ten players got involved in a massive brawl: Rempe fought with MacDermid, Kevin Bahl with Barclay Goodrow, Curtis Lazar with James Vesey, Jacob Trouba with Chris Tierney and John Marino with K'Andre Miller.






Peter Laviolette and Travis Green, the head coaches, also got involved, by screaming at each other from their benches.



This incident led to 162 penalty minutes being handed out and eight players being ejected.
