With the NHL trade deadline now less than six weeks away, general managers are slowly starting to reevaluate , either to store for playoff talent or to target players who could leave their roster.

Trade rumors are piling up all over the NHL.

Without much surprise, the Montreal Canadiens will be selling again and a few names have come up in the last few days.

First, Renaud Lavoie revealed new information about Joel Edmundson.

"He will normally be traded by the trade deadline. There are at least 5-6 teams that are interested in his services right now."

From Marc Dumont's side of Montreal Hockey Now, it's certain that Sean Monahan will move on.

"I'm inclined to believe there will be a lot of potential movement between now and the NHL deadline, but there's only one guarantee: Sean Monahan will be traded."

Either way, they're getting very far ahead of themselves and seem quite certain of their moves.

Let's add to that the possibility of Kent Hughes also moving his big power forward in Josh Anderson, should he bring back the price demanded by the CH GM in a trade.
