Bruce Cassidy gives a major update on Mark Stone

Vegas Golden Knights forward and captain Mark Stone has been indefinitely out since having surgery.

In the Jan. 12 game between Vegas and the Florida Panthers, Stone suffered an injury. After experiencing a setback in his rehabilitation, he decided to have surgery.

This season, Stone's sixth in points with Vegas, he played in 43 games and recorded 38 points (17 goals, 21 assists). In 584 career games with Ottawa (2012�19) and the Knights, he has collected 514 career points (196 goals, 318 assists).

According to Sinbin Vegas, he mentions that Cassidy talked of a possible return for Stone in the playoffs. Cassidy reportedly said the longer we go in the playoffs the better chances he has coming back.
