Canadiens first-round pick Filip Mesar was sent down to the Kitchener Rangers of the OHL soon after training camp. Despite a strong performance, Kent Hughes opted to send him to the junior league in order to develop his North American game. It didn't take long for Mesar to score his first point. He set up Reid Valade for a goal during the first period. Expect Mesar to have a crazy productive year in the OHL! <div align='center'><blockquote class='twitter-tweet' data-lang='en'><a href='https://twitter.com/OHLHockey/status/1583613329763074048'> </a></blockquote></div> Source: Josh Brown <div align='center'><blockquote class='twitter-tweet' data-lang='en'><a href='https://twitter.com/BrownRecord/status/1583610857883283456'> </a></blockquote></div>
